5.6 The Reader's involvement in study groups.
The Winchester figures demonstrate an 82% increase in leading study groups over the last eight years. This role also achieved third place out of the fourteen possible functions in the survey. This suggests that leading study groups has an important place in the Reader's teaching ministry which is emphasised in the regulations.
