4.15 Summary.

The overall picture that emerges is that at least 55% of Readers have been selected and trained in accordance with the latest regulations and that the diocesan 'Continuing Ministerial Education programmes which are valued by 80% of Readers seek to help all Readers function in accordance with the latest thinking. The success of this is confirmed by at least 70% of Readers indicating that their primary focus is preaching and teaching in accordance with latest regulations
